Yesterday, at the Quabbin -- Swift River. It was a beautiful day, and the perfect day to be out and about. We took the short drive to the Quabbin, where we saw a number of fellows enjoying the cool waters and the rainbow trout. We even saw a catch. Catch & release fly fishing is allowed year round. Visit this link for more information.
Belchertown is located in the heart of the Five Colleges Region of the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. Surrounded by farms, hills, and woods, it's bordered by the Quabbin Reservoir to the east and by the Holyoke Mountains to the west. Just a short distance from Amherst, Northampton, and Springfield, it has easy access to the multiple museums, shops, restaurants, music venues, and colleges the region has to offer. What a great place to be!
